  • Every therapist and staff member at Relicus signs strict confidentiality agreements to ensure the highest level of data protection.

We only collect what is necessary to support your care:

  • Basic details: Name (optional), email, or phone (only for scheduling).
  • Therapy details: Concerns you voluntarily share, and session notes (accessible only to your assigned therapist).
  • No marketing use: Your data is never sold, rented, or used for promotional purposes.

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Only your therapist has access to your records.

When Data May Be Shared

Your information remains private except in rare situations:
