I am a Psychologist based in Calicut, with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Trained in Trauma-Focused approaches and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), I work with concerns such as trauma, self-worth issues, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. In therapy, I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful and sustainable change
