I am a Consultant Psychologist working primarily in the area of child psychology. In my practice, I support children experiencing behavioural concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, and developmental challenges. My work involves using practical, structured, and skill-based interventions that are appropriate to the child’s developmental level and everyday environment. A significant part of my approach includes working closely with parents. I provide guidance, clarity, and home-based strategies so that therapeutic progress is supported consistently beyond sessions, not limited to the therapy room. Alongside child-focused work, I also offer counselling support for adolescents and adults who are facing emotional difficulties, stress, or interpersonal challenges. I commonly work on building coping skills, assertiveness, and emotional awareness, using approaches tailored to individual needs and readiness. Clients can expect sessions with me to be structured, supportive, and grounded in professional boundaries. I believe effective psychological care is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping individuals function better in their daily lives.
