Vrinda Krishnan

I am a Consultant Psychologist, graduated from the Central University of South Bihar, with a strong academic and practical foundation in mental health and human behavior. I am currently pursuing Psychodrama at the Indian Institute of Psychodrama, expanding my experiential and action-based therapeutic skills. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, organizational behavior challenges, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being. Alongside clinical practice, I have proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and fostering positive work environments. Supported by strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, I am passionate about building meaningful connections, addressing challenges collaboratively, and guiding individuals and teams toward growth and sustainable success.
